Nielsen has been designing clothes since 3rd grade. He has always desired to produce his own clothing line, but so many other project have competed for his time that he has never fully explored that aspect of his creativity.
In 2001 he perfected a process for painting on fabric for a commission to transition his Dortia Series to costumes for a music video shoot.
In 2016 he revisited that process and created a small series that will be fully presented here.
